CONDITIONS OF USE: Meadowlark Acres is privately owned. The guest accepts user privileges
with the understanding that he agrees to abide by the Camping Rules and
does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all
liability for loss or damage to his property and injury to his person
arising out of his use of its facilities, and agrees to indemnify the
Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from
loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the
family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its
camping facilities.
CAMPING RULES: -- The
conspicuous use of intoxicants while visiting MLA is strictly
prohibited and will not be tolerated. Offenders are subject to fines and
immediate ejection without refund, no exceptions. Intoxicants are defined as any legal or illegal
alcohol, chemicals or drugs. -- Smoking is not allowed in public enclosed spaces;
Store/Registration, Laundry, Restrooms, Decagon & Swimming Pool area. -- Firewood other than what is provided by Meadowlark Acres is
prohibited from entrance or use in our campground as mandated by the
DNR. -- The harvesting of firewood from any standing tree or plant is
prohibited. -- All campers, visitors & guests must register and wear a wristband. -- Check-in, Check-out times are mandatory. Early arrivals and late
departures must be approved by management and will be charged additional
hourly fees. -- Day use visitors & guests must depart by 9:00PM to avoid incurring
overnight camping charge. -- Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian. (Picture ID required for proof of age over 18.) -- "Family Camping" is defined as Father and Mother & all their
unmarried children under the age of 18. -- Speed limit throughout the campground is 8 MPH. -- The use of ground covers; area mats or rugs is not allowed. They
tend to kill the grass. -- Clotheslines must be removed before dark.

Pets are welcome at Meadowlark Acres with the following
restrictions:
- Pets must be registered at time of check in.
- Pets must be attended at all times.
- All pets must be kept on a leash when outside.
- Pets are not allowed in pool, playground, restroom or store
areas.
- Owners with incessant barking or unruly dogs may be
requested to leave.
- Owners must pick up and dispose of all pet waste including
your own campsite.
-- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM - 11PM to 8AM on Holiday Weekends.
-- Campfires must be contained within the fire ring provided. Bonfires
or unattended fires are not permitted.
-- Before leaving your site, be sure your fire is completely out and
picnic table placed over the pit.
-- All trash shall be placed in plastic trash bags and placed in
dumpster near entrance..
-- Junk items may be placed in or near dumpsters at main entrance. Do
not leave junk items in camp area.
-- Any form of vandalism will be prosecuted to the full extent of the
law.
-- There will be no refunds for early departures due to emergencies and or
inclement weather.
Our Security Officers and Staff have the authority and responsibility to
enforce all camping rules. Refusal or failure to comply constitutes the
forfeiture of all camping privileges and will require the offending
party to vacate the premises immediately without refund and with no
recourse.
Camper's Agreement to Conditions of Use and Camping Rules:
"I have read and agree to comply with all conditions and rules as
stated. I take responsibility for informing the others in my party of
this agreement. I understand that my failure or the failure of any
individual in my party to comply with this agreement constitutes
immediate forfeiture of my guest privileges and that we may be required
to vacate the premises immediately without recourse or reimbursement. "
